Unsolicited emails

R3 does not send out SPAM, (sometimes known as unsolicited emails), nor are our servers being used to send out SPAM. SPAM attributed to R3 originates from viruses such as W32.Sobig.F which are mass-mailing worms that send themselves to all the email addresses that they find on a host's system. These emails typically use fake FROM addresses. These addresses are arbitrarily picked from the internet and unfortunately they occasionally use an R3 domain.

Commercial bulk e-mail organisations (spammers) also use a fake FROM address inorder to circumvent anti-spam software.

By using this site or submitting your email addresses you accept that there is a possibility that you may receive SPAM, and that at present there is nothing R3 or its ISP can do about this. 

Indemnities

In the event of any claim being made against by r3 Environmental Technology Ltd or any members of R3 as a result of breach of these conditions by a user, the user undertakes to fully indemnify r3 Environmental Technology Ltd or any members of R3 against all actions, claims, proceedings, damages and costs arising from or incurred by reason of a user's breach of these terms and conditions.

This site is created and controlled by r3 Environmental Technology Ltd in England on behalf of itself and the members of R3 and the laws of England shall apply to these Terms of Use.
